Refund Policy

SAAOD will not refund reservations nor apply a credit for future events to individuals or organizations who have paid to attend an event. If you are unable to attend, please notify us with the name of a person attending in your place before registration for that event ends. Annual member dues and sponsorships paid to SAAOD are non refundable and non transferable unless otherwise indicated.
