SAAOD February 2012 Meeting

 

Jennifer Webb, founder of Magic Communication, and T. Noel Osborn, Ph.D., president of TEAM International, will guide us through a series of behaviors or “moves” which lead to the illusion that magic is taking place. These moves have metaphoric reference to the abilities for leaders to structure and reconstruct teams, change people’s perceptions about goals and standards, and draw out synergy from collaboration. Participants will experience what it takes to change their thinking and behaviors to produce the illusion of magic. But leadership is no illusion, it is real! And the practice of proven leadership techniques in this workshop will build on the skills that all leaders need to be more influential and make their processes work more effortlessly.
